The building was acquired in 2013 as an unmoderised single dwelling. Planning was granted for a new basement and side return, adding totalling 850 sq ft, and creating a 4 x 2 bedroom apartments. In development the building was completely stripped out back to brickwork, and was rebuilt entirely.
The project took 12 months and the apartments are now rented.
